Honors Program Handbook
The Honors Program, established in 1959, is designed to enhance and enrich the academic experiences of
talented, highly motivated students at Baylor University. Baring a few exceptions, the program works with all majors and preprofessional programs.
The Honors Program Student Handbook serves as a description of the curriculum for the completion of Honors Program requirements. It is not an offer to make a contract. It is sometimes necessary or appropriate to change the program offered. The Honors Program retains the right to change or terminate any and all aspects of its educational and other programs at any time without prior notice.
The policies and procedures outlined by the Undergraduate Catalog are determinative for graduation with a particular major.
